Your packaging methods are ok. The logistical arrangement on the pallets is the worst I've ever seen. Examples parts that have the same p/n'S are pit on separate pallets. It is a nightmare to find and count the numbers on packing lists. You guys need to do better.
They treat their employees good and fair so I'd trust that their products will be good too because when you treat your employees right, I feel it's a reflection of the products put out. So far, my loved one is very happy working there.
