ABB's response for quotes and orders is unacceptable. We do business with overseas companies and get a better response from International business. We normal get quotes from China with 24 hours. Its going on week three now still no quote. I have no recourse since ABB is the manufacture. It's not good business to ignore the request. ABB needs to make customer service a priority.
ABB manufactures some of the least reliable DC fast charging hardware in the market. Horrible quality and user experience
