Worst experience ever with ABB. Purchased 2 EV chargers for 2 of our dealership locations and 1 of them only worked for a week and has not worked since. It's been 6 months of trying to get this resolved and when I call ABB they tell me to speak to someone in Tech support. I get transferred to Tech Support and either get disconnected or hung up on. Terrible customer service!!!!
