"I got an appointment soon after a limb bent my service mast, and the repair technician coordinated with the utility to restore power. After a short wait, they returned with the exact generator switch module, tested a mock outage, and replaced my grinding fan motor. Rating: 4 out of 5 stars."
We asked a lot about grounding at the service and metal water pipe, and the repair person showed us test results. Generator work took separate visits for the pad, fuel coordination, wiring, inspections, startup, load test, and instructions.
I got a same-day appointment when my kitchen pendant was hanging by its wires. They checked the wiring, secured it with proper mounting hardware, and upgraded my panel so I have space for more circuits, which gives me peace of mind with family around.
i worried the warm recessed lights and cycling leds meant a bigger issue. the service guy found rodent-chewed wires, removed them, and put in protected wiring, then replaced my expired linked smoke alarms that kept chirping after battery changes.
