I've been training at Crossfit Plateau for the past 3 years. Great coaching team and fun atmosphere. Recommended !!
Been training at Abattoir for over 5 years on the morning shift — solid schedule, expert coaching that adapts to all levels (special shoutout to Raul Bugueno). They offer a variety of classes (HIIT, Weight Lifting, Rehab...), listened to feedback, keep the place impressively clean, and host community events if that’s your thing. Changing rooms could use a refresh, but overall a great local gym with a dedicated, friendly team.
