Chas was fantastic in our closing. It was a long drawn out sale with lots of contingencies, but Chas kept us informed, explained any quirky legal angles and kept us calm throughout. When our buyers could not close in time of the original date, Chas negotiated a fair daily compensation, which helped to ease our stress during the long wait to closing. Ultimately we closed without a hitch. Highly recommend Chas, white glove service all the way.
