I call the company to ask some questions. And the receptionist just it kind of like, cut me off completely. Then they'll Eva, let me finish my conversation. Knock at customer service. I don't know how they have 5 stars. The receptionists need to retrain and know how to talk to people
Cannot say enough great things about Chas and his team. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful throughout the home buying process.
