Abante was great. My call was treated with concern and ASAP scheduling that worked for me. The service person fixed both my problems quickly, yet he took the time to answer questions and explain what he was doing. The price wasn’t as bad as some reviewers imply, and I care about value, which requires a good product, not just a cheap price. And do any of the complainers know what it costs to run a building or home maintenance company these days?? We are fortunate to have good resources like Abanti in our community.
Guy came to look at the job. Before he started he blew up my bathroom which I thought was very rude since I live in a studio. Then they took an hour just to take a cover off of shower handle. Alway to tell me I need to be reschedule for another day when they do have the parts.
