I would not hire this company even for free! The owner of the company was really rude with no bedside manner at all!!!!! I think they take advantage of the vulnerability of people who have no clue about foundations! They scare the heck Out of you! am sure educating myself since I met him! There are lots of other honest smaller companies out there, Who will give you the best case advice! E.g mark at elite concrete and Martin at seal proof contractors! They care!

I had Abalone Construction do some grading after a deep sinking of my yard at my foundation. They also fixed other smaller sinking of land at foundation and improved some of my landscaping. Ivan and Vivien did an awesome job. They were efficient, did beautiful work and kept the site clean continuously. Would definitely recommend!
We had water enter our basement from the outside and we needed to fix the foundation outside. We called Abalone as we had used them twice before and were happy with their work..Brent Halerewich came and gave us a quote and looked after the project till the end.
