My mom hired this company a few years ago and not knowing much about foundation repair we trusted this company. Last year I had to go buy soil to protect the foundation.they dig the hole and repaired the crack when the job was done they filled the hole with the mud they used to dig the hole and left it. The whole area that they dug was about a foot lower than the remainder of her lawn leaving a nice space for a puddle around the house. Yeesh. What a waste of time and effort. Too bad, too Abalon came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED, I wanted them to be my guys! They promptly showed up in late Spring to check out a foundation repair for a tiny little 900sq ft bungalow with a half basement. Estimator J**h told me we'd need engineer's drawings for a proper quote. Okay, no problem. A few weeks and a few thousand dollars later I have the documents together. They send a new estimator "E**ry" who says 'oh no, this job is for the original estimator J**h, he'll be by this aftern... read more
We were told to get structural drawing done by an engineer with a cost of $3500 for basement project. Had contractor come out twice to review and then was ghosted by staff when it came to getting a quote. Contacted several weeks in a row with always an excuse from reception. Useless company that will waste your time and money. Go with someone else!
