I contacted Abalon about our basement issues, and shortly thereafter Emerey came to our place to do an assessment. He was honest and very clear in communicating the issues so we could understand what we were dealing with. We had follow up communication with him during the process of trying to decide how to move forward. He took the time to chat on the phone about our options. This is a large company that does a lot of business, but Emerey made us feel that we were important and our concerns mattered.

Abalon recently completed doing some foundation repair for me. Had a rental property where foundation was starting to give way. Didn't want it restored (too old) just reinforced to prevent the situation from worsening. I contacted 8 contractors, only 2 consistently replied... (sigh). Got 2 quotes, very impressed as they were about $600 apart. Went with Abalon and very glad I did. Abalon did basement wall repairs for us this summer. This is a no nonsense, respectful, old school business! We figured that a business that's been around for over 50yrs should know what they're doing. We couldn't be happier! Friendly and respectful workers. They hand shoveled along our basement wall to the weeping tiles. All soil was wheelbarrowed to the street on runners. They replaced the weeping tiles to code. The three man team from Truck 9 who were tasked with the job of doing a complete restoration of our blocked window well have been stellar, from start to finish. Their communication with us throughout the process was excellent; they were pleasant, hardworking and diligent. Highly recommend Truck 9 Abalon team. Great workers.

Hi Abalon. I'm at a loss here. I have tried contacting you countless times to find out when or if you will come to do work on my house. Since getting a quote from Emery and paying you a deposit in fall 2021, I have called in the spring, summer, and fall for the past 2 years. During that time, I've gotten responses ranging from "We're waiting on permits." to "I'm sorry, I don't know what's going on, we'll look into this.".
