We recently had Abalon do a major window well and weeping tile repair at our home. This is the second time we used this company as we had a garage floor drain repaired by them a couple of years ago. Both experiences were positive in every way. Brent Halarewich, project manager and estimator, came out immediately to make an assessment of the problem. Recently had a basement pour with Abalon, Brian was a delight to work with. Returned my calls, answered all my questions and even before we signed on the job, he was happy to give advice and guidance. It truly was appreciated. Nick @ Pride Concrete came in with a crew for the pour, was diligent and literally does take pride in a job well done. Thank you all we are very happy with a job well done! Looking forward to a dry basement going forward. :)
Had a crack under a basement window which was leaking water during the spring melt fixed by them. Price, service, and communication was all solid. I even raised a concern about the landscaping post-repair. They sent a Top Up Crew (Marcos and Everardo) to clean it up and we were really happy with the finished product. I wanted to say a big thank you to Brent, Dave and Romeo for doing a great job on my foundation repair. From the estimate to the work being complete the process was really good. The yard is all cleaned up as though there wasn't any giant mound of dirt there. And the crack seal in the parging is a really good match! I'm really happy with the work and the service. I found Romeo to be kind, a hard worker and helpful when we talked a few times when he was working. Much appreciated!
After waiting over 9 months for our building management company to finally get contractors in to fix our cracked foundation that was badly leaking water into our basement (no fault of Abalon), we finally had Tim and Jordon Sunshine come to do the work.
