Had a crack under a basement window which was leaking water during the spring melt fixed by them. Price, service, and communication was all solid. I even raised a concern about the landscaping post-repair. They sent a Top Up Crew (Marcos and Everardo) to clean it up and we were really happy with the finished product. Very happy with the work and the drain pipe repairs by the top up crew Everardo and Marcos. Both were very polite, hard-working, clean up after themselves and their work was exceptional. I could trust them coming to the house and getting the job done correctly. Abalon inspected the lot grading after the foundation repairs and did an excellent job fixing everything. Now the water drains away from the house properly. I highly recommend Abalon and this top up crew.
We hired Abalon for our basement repair and patio construction, and we are very happy with the work done. Dima and Pavlov built our patio, and they were just wonderful - very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them.
I reached out to a few contractors for quotes on the repair of our foundation wall. Evan Bunker, project estimator from Abalon construction reached out and we set an appointment. I showed Evan the 3 cracks (2 larger cracks and 1 hairline crack) I discovered on the outside of my house.
