I contracted to eliminate and mouse and rat problem I was having with my house. I received three visits where traps were laid down and one kitchen hole was plugged. So far so good. When I called to have a fourth, under contract visit, to plug holes in my basement, I received no appointment callback. I have now called seven times, each time getting a receptionist or answering service, left a message with two callback numbers but have received no return calls. This company somehow got my cell number. I never called them, they are not local to me, and now are telemarketing without my permission. Not a good business practice. Unsolicited phone calls to a cell number gets your company a bad reputation.
