The vet care is good. Some of the office staff are completely incompetent. They don't keep accurate records. Here are a few examples: They gave my dog a bordatella shot in October and then again in February when I boarded him. The February shot is not on his record, but I paid for it. Instead, my dog's rabies shot was due. No reminder of any kind was given, perhaps because they are poor record keepers.
