My tarp came apart in two weeks. No refund offered . I have no use for this product if the grommets can't hold it up
Horrible customer service & horrible quality. They shipped me the wrong tarp, promised me a full refund if I shipped everything back in the original box which I did and then upon it's return they charged me a 20% restocking fee and wouldn't budge. I obviously decided not to do further business with them. This is NOT the way TEXAS companies do business so they are obviously not Texans regardless of their zip code. Abadak or TarpsPlus has the worst customer service. I called to order a custom tarp for my Snap Fitness business. The customer service rep only had one picture of the tarp on file in a different color. I told them yes, I like the tarp but wanted it in a white. They of course sent me the color in the photo. Do NOT order anything from Abadak or TarpsPlus...
Awful and rude customer service. A "Jimmy" disconnected a call after telling me he could not assist me and that he was just a call center division of Abadak. He muted on me multiple times and would say lines such as "I'm sorry I cannot hear you" or "can you please repeat yourself" when I asked if there and where would my information go and how to get my pressing matter of a guaranteed canopy tent not making it in whole for a wedding.
