I love this place. I been here for 4 months. So far it has been super smooth. Although the apartments are new there’s always something that needs attention. The maintenance crew in this building is very attentive. Specially my boy Darren. He is polite, attentive, fast and always fixes the issues no matter how small or big. I’ve never lived in a complex with such great maintenance attention. Thank you all for your excellent work.
We’ve LOVED living here!! It’s pretty quiet, good location, no issues with anything! Anytime we’ve needed help with anything darren with maintenance has been amazing! He is always so helpful & friendly! People like him make this place extra enjoyable to live!!
I moved to Abacus West about 2 years ago and am very appreciative of Darren, our maintenance supervisor. Besides doing amazing work, he takes the time to connect with the property residents and is so friendly. I’ve never seen him not have a smile on his face no matter how hot it is outside or how long his day may have been. Any time I’ve had an issue with my apartment he is very quick to solve the problem. It’s hard to come by someone who takes as much pride as he does in his work. Thanks Darren!
I deejayed a resident event at the pool recently. The property is gorgeous with tons of amenities. The pool area was huge and amazing. I can't say enough about Vera and her staff Bianca, Stephanie, Darren, Edgar, and Armando. They were so friendly & accommodating. They all made sure myself and the residents were taken care of at the event. We all had such a great time!
I went over 14 different apartments before finalizing this one. Best choice I ever made.
