Owner or employee drives the company truck recklessly and follows you home, honking loudly late at night through your quiet neighborhood if he doesn’t like how you react to his erratic behavior, so I can’t imagine anyone that conducts themselves like this can be trusted with the competency to change a light bulb, much less for a home renovation project.
