I just closed on my home and had an amazing experience working with Cecilia. From start to finish, she was professional, responsive, and incredibly supportive. She secured a great mortgage rate for me, and every step of the mortgage process was clearly explained. She always took the time to answer my questions promptly. I highly recommend Cecilia to anyone looking for a reliable and knowledgeable loan officer.
I do NOT recommend this bank to anyone! It is a pain to do just about anything at this bank. The workers are very vague with the details and they seem to barely know what they are doing most of the time. If you are here, ask for the manager or a more experienced banker. DO NOT ask for Anne if you want clear and accurate information.
