Excellent customer service
I went to Edison Branch to get my issue done and the employees there helped me a lot with a excellent attitude.
I opened the business and personal account at Edison branch. I would recommend their staff Ying and Patrick. They provided very good and professional service.
I went to withdraw money from ATM. Before I could even get my card into the machine, someone comes and locks the door because it was close to closing time but still at 5–10 minutes beforehand. Initially, that was just a bit off-putting but not an issue since I was only there for the ATM. Except, the ATM didn't have as much cash as I needed ($970).
