I've stayed with this company way too long, thinking that the bad experiences I had over the last couple years were flukes. (They rank high on the BBB site) But I can't believe they're still in business. Horrible communication. Poor service all around. The "accountant" that was working on our taxes wouldn't return texts, calls, or emails. RecommendedWe are very happy with this company. This year especially Shirley H. was awesome! She called us to go over our results and give us the bottom line. She is friendly, funny caring and very knowledgeable. I spoke with her 3 or 4 times and after our last call I realized she made me feel like something more than just another client or number. She is extremely helpful and accomodating and she simply made receiving a little bad news (we owed more than i anticipated) much more easier to take. I might be a bit biased, but I whole-heartedly believe that this is one of the greatest companies out there. They really care about their clients and their employees.
Great company, great people! We own a small business and Abacus has always been accommodating to us and never made us feel unimportant. They do a great job for us, I would highly recommend them to anyone!
If everyone treated people the way they do, the world would be a better place!
