Just got my Ford focus 1L eco boost back from them. Had an issue with the offside front wheel space, heard a knocking noise, which I assumed was the ball joint. They replaced the ball joint (which was battered) and the noise was still there :( They troubleshooted everything with the car, and called me to let me know what the issue was and if they wanted me to get it done.
