I own 4 pair of Abaco sunglasses and my wife owns 2. We absolutely love them and the customer service/warranty is second to none. When the pictured Avery Blue glasses I own had a lens problem, I reached out for warranty service and they were replaced in one week! Thanks Abaco!
I ve worn the Abaco sunglasses that I received as a gift for about 2 years and have really liked them so I was disappointed when one of the arms was damaged as I took them off. I contacted Abaco and, as promised, they quickly agreed to replace them. I’m looking for to getting the replacements and I’m purchasing another pair.
I’ve been using Abaco products for many years. I just turned in my first warranty claim and the customer service and response was excellent. Very easy process, and my new glasses were on the way that same day. I’m very pleased.
