Update: Christina “the new employee “ hung up on me for being “hostile” i’ve been asking for two weeks to speak to michelle and Christina never transfers me over. They yet again took our money. They tried to say we didn’t pay rent but we sent all proof and they were wrong for the SECOND TIME. DO NOT MOVE HERE!! SCAM!! MOLD!! I'm a month behind but moving relatively quickly does that to a person. Had the absolute pleasure of having the aid of Michelle and Ashley and the other, wonderful young lady in the office (I am so sorry I forgot your name if you see this!) move into our new apartment. They were so sweet and answered all of our questions, even though I called at least 3 times a day. The apartment I moved into is wonderful. Not a single complaint. Still one of the best values in the Disney area. Maneuvering around traffic in the area and going to the grocery/shopping is better here in this area compared to the other properties. I loved it here!
