I really like living in this condominium, everyone who works there, from maintenance to those who work in the workshop, are very friendly. The assistants are incredible, from the previous assistant with Mr. Alfredo to the new assistant Michele who is very attentive and helpful
For the price, this apartment complex is ok, especially if you’re looking for something on the cheaper side. However, the utilities aren't anywhere near good, which is understandable given the cost. The pool and gym are in very poor condition, and there doesn’t seem to be much effort put into maintaining or updating the broken equipment. If something breaks or isn’t working, you really have to stay on top of management to get it fixed, it takes a bit of persistence. Anivar and Roldolpho R were a great help when we had issues with our bathroom sink and smoke detector. They were very speedy in response to our work order. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and explained everything that needed to be done to fix the issues.
