Ababa is a genuine, friendly and knowledgeable guy. However, he consistently fails to answer phone calls, even after multiple attempts. Neither will he call you back. It’s common for him to remain unreachable for an entire week after a vehicle has been left for repairs. Additionally, there is no customer service in place to respond to inquiries. Ababa is tested and trusted. Very honest
Ababa nice manners respectful. However, horrible service. Waiting a month for car to be fixed. Doesn't return calls or messages. Seems he will only do proper customer service to his cultural background which to each there own. At the point that I well not go there to get the cars work done. Planning to gosomewhere else's. And advise others to be aware and careful who you pick. Can be a nice guy is a nice guy. But not focused on getting jobs done.
This place is a joke don’t waste your time
The Ababa guy is superb, you can get your car repaired in a better way and at a cheap cost.
