It has been 4 months, and I am very happy with the services provided. The staff are courteous, respectful, mindful of customer schedules and time, as well as respectful and careful of their customers' health. Natalia, Laura, and Adriana communicate very effectively with parents - whether it be for assessments, therapy session scheduling, progress reports, or recommendations for outside services. They definitely meet and exceed the standard at which ABA (or any) therapy services should be provided.
Excelente! La evaluación es acertada y la terapia efectiva. Los resultados fueron rápidos, el niño estuvo muy contento, bien cuidado y ha mejorado cada día. El seguimiento es continuo y el trabajo con los papas y el colegio está funcionando muy bien.
