No staffing availability for a year, sending out emails practically asking people to leave. And we are supposedly off the waitlist we were on for 3 years already. When we did have services, the BCBA acted like she hated our son. Yelling at him, no compassion, passive aggressive towards me, telling me to ignore meltdowns. It was traumatic.
Although I have had a really good experience with our BCBA Joanna, this company will treat you like a number. We have been with them for 15 months and only had an RBC for 7 months. They will make a lot of promises that they will not keep. They only care about how many kids they can pump into their clinic and do not even consider their staffing for their kids they have at home or in preschool.
