I recently moved into a new house and contacted a a plumbing for advice with water pressure, workings of a sump and water tank. I received excellent advice from Daniel about what was happening and a solution. He then organised for work to commence the next day. The work was hard and involved manual digging of trenches, removal of a water tank, installation of a water pump and house filtration system among other things. HIDDEN FEES. Advertising says ‘NO CALL OUT FEES’ (yes in capitals). Very good customer service bot named Brian replied to my text, asked for my full name, address, phone and email (twice) then offered to book an appointment for tradie to come out. Only when I specifically asked about call out fee did it mention that there is no call out there is an “investigation fee” payable when tradie has looked at what needs doing to pay for his time investigating.
