We rang the direct phone number but were diverted to an automated reply. We tried the following day via the on line help which suggested a direct call back. Still no reply after another full day . Called direct number twice more and got diverted.Left messages. 48 hours and got zero response. Called another plumber , all done booked and given an estimate. Took 5 minutes in total.
