Second time we’ve used these guys and couldn’t be happier with the job they did. This time it was to replace an aging rain water pump. Jon was handled professionally and with minimum fuss from start to finish.

Terrible communication between team members. One person came to assess a blocked drain on a Saturday night, the two plumbers that came to fix it on Tuesday worked on the wrong pipe then left without even checking the drain was clear - that’s because they didn’t know they were supposed to be clearing a blocked drain. They had to come back and confirm they fixed the wrong pipe. Two different plumbers came to fix it another day and I had to explain the problem to them (imo they should have known). I initially needed someone to come out and quote for a job that had the capacity to be a small or a big job. I met with Shaun and Adam. And the job became bigger due to the work required - the work was explained, walked through and no problem was too much. Over the week Adam, and Trent were at all times professional, hard working and honest about work required and time and importantly what was not required. From first contact with Melissa then to Sam coming out to access our issue the service was nothing but brilliant. This was followed up by Brendan and Josh coming out to service the air-conditioner - both were very professional and outstanding in their explanation of the process. Highly recommended.
