I attempted to book a non-urgent job online for the $65 discount but didn’t hear from anyone for 3 days. I ended up calling and booking and was told there is a $49 service fee which comes off the quote if I go ahead with the job (so technically there is a call out fee even though they advertise that there isn’t).
