This is the best ice cream I've ever had. Every time I have out of town company this is the 1 place I ALWAYS bring them to.
Broken pieces of plastic in the ice cream. Also a very odd consistency of the cake batter flavor. Terrible.
Our boys absolutely love their ice cream. My wife’s favorite part is that the ice cream is made fresh and it’s as close to farm to table you can get locally. It’s very clean and organized and the staff are great. We couldn’t be happier.

Easily one of the best ice cream spots in Jacksonville, Bruster's has it all. The food is fantastic with a wide variety of flavors and options, from brownie sundaes to milkshakes, waffle cones, and more—every choice is a winner. The service is exceptional, with friendly staff who go above and beyond; once, after my ice cream accidentally fell, they kindly remade it at no extra charge.
