Brian and his team came in to fix an issue with the roof that should have been disclosed to me by the seller, for it goes back to the construction of the home. It appears that the roof shingles were not placed at a distance appropriate for the hardboard flashing required in my neighborhood. When it rained, the water would fall between the gutter and my house, causing significant erosion to the ground below. Brian and crew did a great job. The overall job was completed in a few days and the job site was cleaned up. Also, Brian helped with insurance documentation and many followup questions.
Brian & his guys did an amazing job on our roof! Very responsive, no mess left & the roof looks great! Definitely recommend.
