The BTs are problematic and liars because I didn't want her in my son's case. They sent DCYF to my house and the directors, instead of investigating, believed her. Thank God DCYF investigated and saw that it was all a lie. Don't take your children to this place!!!!!
I truly appreciate the first RBT my son had however the Managers get rid of the good workers and keep the lazy, unprofessional non English speaking RBTs. The communication between the staff doesn't exist. Schedules are never kept and promises continue to be broken. I wouldn't advise anyone to entrust their children with this ctr.
I'm really impressed with the cool environment the therapists create here. Play-based therapy, but serious therapy going on as they record every behavior of the kids.
