Carl and his team redid our primary bath and a small powder room downstairs. The pricing was clear from the start with line items I could actually understand, no vague lump sums. They worked clean, kept plastic up over the doorways and ran a vacuum at the end of each day. A couple small things came up mid project and Carl talked through options with me before deciding anything. Both rooms came out the way we pictured them.
got our basement bathroom and kitchen both done by Carls and im pretty satisfied with how it all turned out. the kitchen was mostly cosmetic, new countertops new backsplash and they swapped out the sink and faucet. looks way more modern now. the basement bathroom was a bigger deal because we were converting a storage area into a functional bathroom so there was plumbing work involved along with everything else. that one took longer obviously but they kept us updated on progress and didnt just disappear for days at a time lik... read more
I got the master bath redone a few weeks ago and the thing that sticks with me is how the foreman kept a notebook with all our little requests in it. like I mentioned wanting the towel bar at a specific height one time and it was exactly there. tile color slightly different than the sample but it actually works better with our flooring some how.
carl's bathroom remodeling turned our tiny guest bath into something nice. we went from ugly pink tiles and old sink to a clean modern look with new subway tile, vessel sink and rain shower head. they finished in under two weeks and didnt make a huge mess. price was fair for the quality. would use them again for sure if we need more work done
