Long story short, Alex didn't really carefully check my car. He told me the reason why the car couldn't be started was the battery. But the battery turned out to be super fine and it was because of the connection was loose. Neither he didn't find the leak problem. When I demanded a refund of $20, Alex found whatever excuses to blame me. Put aside the battery issue, Firestone charges me $21 for oil change and leak fix every time, but ABA charged me $38.99. Oh, Alex smokes at work. It makes me uncomfortable.
