I had a very disappointing experience. My braids were done way too tight, even after I told them multiple times that it was too tight. I also specifically asked for knotless braids, but instead I was given box braids without any proper communication. Because of how tight the braids were, I now have to take them out after only 4 days, which is unacceptable.
