Booked to do a survey of my commercial unit that needs replacing. Didn’t turn up, didn’t call. Upon calling them I got a half hearted “sorry” with no real reason. I said it would be nice to have been called to say they weren’t attending and went on to say I would use someone else, the response was “okay bye” So unprofessional, how do these people stay in business??

Just had an installation using Ab zero and their service and professionalism was more than I expected. The units are very good value and everything was left neat and tidy Highly recommended !
