Just had a very bad experience with Anthony Ferugia, director of A B Unique Plumbing. After signing an annual maintenance contract, he did not pitch up to service my bioseptic waste system as per the contract on the agreed date. I then received a call over a week later, asking for 100% payment up-front. On questioning this I was told he'd been done over in the past and he can't trust anyone. He then continued to tell me the amount he quoted is peanuts to him and he couldn't be bothered either way. I only gave him one star so... read more
Called early on a Sunday morning. Came out straight away and spent time identifying an issue in our upstairs bathroom which was causing leaking downstairs. Solved the issue, and was extremely Friendly and efficient. Highly recommended.
