I called this shop because they advertise themselves as a transmission shop, but they told me they don’t work on CVT transmissions and wouldn’t even do a transmission replacement. Since many modern cars use CVTs, that was very disappointing and a waste of my time. If you have a CVT vehicle, I’d recommend calling ahead before making the trip. They may do traditional automatics and manuals, but they couldn’t help with my transmission.
Really helped out a customer in a pinch free of charge. Really appreciate the help!
Very honest and professional. Was passing through town from far away and had a transmission problem. I called and the owner was able to take a look find the problem and fix it in an emergency situation. He was very helpful and the price was next to nothing when he knew I was in a bad situation and could have easily taken advantage of me. Class act A+ shop!
Had my transmission serviced and drivetrain inspected here. They actually drop the pan and swap the filter (not all shops do that). Very professional and friendly. Truck drives great, definitely recommend.
Had quotes from other shops of $12,000 to replace the transmission in my 2018 Ford F-150. A&B was the only place around that does rebuilds for around half that price. Communication was great and my truck runs like butter now. Go for the rebuild, they are just as good [better in my opinion] as a new unit.
