Stay away. Bona is a system We had an agreement as to granite and cabinets style He tried giving me cheap seconds An ugly color The ordered were wrong No crown molding No hardware He said that would be extra I showed him pictures I took The cabs were also the wrong size He left out the over head and the floor base unit Came up with a different design I told him no extra cost to me or fix it right He never ordered or fixed the cabs He did however charge an additional $3500 for work never done His crew drug the excess cabs ... read more

My install was to be at 9am today. I called a few times and left messages. I finally got thru and they needed to measure again. Someone called Wednesday about that but never showed up. They didn’t even know which granite I paid for. I had to send them the pics I took. They came out and measured around 11:30. At 3:30 they called and said no way it would be installed today. Poor communication between tech people and staff plus refusal to resolve the problem by replacing the wrong granite with the right granite or even any compensation at all. Their response was that they would counsel their staff. Wow that solves my problem. They reversed the colors on my order even though I called and made the change and was also verified in the invoice. They installed the brown granite in the baths which have gray tile and the light gray granite in the kitchen which has brown tile. Which makes sense to you? I... read more

Would not do business with this company. We were lied to about a price on a piece of granite on their lot. They were not upfront about their policies on how they do business. They advertised a special on their website and would not honor it. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. Not a trustworthy company at all. Thank goodness we took our business elsewhere.

I have the best experience working with theis company. Their sales person actually showed up on time, which also one their crew leader installer. Very professional and articulate the way they installed my cabinets and granite. Their cabinet price it's competitive but the granite bid was really better than others. The easement of making your selections was the main reason to chose this company. In short, I was a very happy client!! Definitely will come back!!
