I saw Annette to help relieve major hip/glute issues I have been having from lifting weights plus peri menopause joint aches. I walked in limping due to right hip pain. She was fantastic! She was prepared for my session after telling her what was hurting in my pre-eval & implemented passive stretching along w massage. I felt so great, no limping & knots were relieved with no pain! I will def be returning for routine visits! Thank you :)
