Even if your stay until your agreed time paid for in advance you will not get your deposit with out 30 day written notice I guess because they don't answer their phone or call back on messages you leave on their answering machine. And wasn't notified of this in advance. $ 20.00 isn't worth bitching about unless you owed them, then it would be a Big problem.
RATS... and after the rats destroyed my stuff and urinated everywhere, it was my responsibility to clean out the infested objects without compensation for my losses... Also, about half of the time during my around year renting, the drive thru exit gate was broken and I had to manually open and close it (not too secure). Not good...even though the desk service is nice, not worth it.
