RATS... and after the rats destroyed my stuff and urinated everywhere, it was my responsibility to clean out the infested objects without compensation for my losses... Also, about half of the time during my around year renting, the drive thru exit gate was broken and I had to manually open and close it (not too secure). Not good...even though the desk service is nice, not worth it.
It a great place to work on your vehicle for none evasive to the property or the environment
