Super professional!
Had a slight issue with pool. Called many other places, they all ghosted, and/or never returned phone calls or emails. Lane was the first to respond, and it was right away. He showed up when he said he would, and went straight to work. Dude is not messing around. Threw in his listening device, located issue, said he’d be back in a minute. Just trying to figure out how and why this man thinks it’s okay to come onto someone’s property WHO HAS NOT REQUESTED HIM TO BE THERE EVER and start screaming and yelling at the top of his lungs “ POOL GUY HELLLOOOOO” over and over again. First off why would you act so aggressive and hostile in the first place??? When you were told you were at the wrong address you proceeded to argue stating you were at the right house. Highly don’t recommend. Talks down to you. Thinking 100% scam artist. Knocked on door ring doorbell, but because I didn’t answer it, he let himself in into our backyard into our pool cage. I have a very aggressive dog. I will be buying locks for my gates! When he couldn’t find a leak he started “cleaning” out areas aka creating leaks! Stay away from this guy!
Lane is outstanding and professional. Apparently had multiple pool leaks that he was able detectect and fix. Great guy. Will definitely recommend
