Andy was easily accessible by phone and email and always got back to us quickly when we had queries about our bathroom refit. He was prompt and reliable and very patient when we had lots of hassle with the company delivering the bathroom (nothing to do with Andy!) Although the delivery took a lot longer than expected, he worked really hard to catch up on lost time and still managed to finish the project on time. Great service at a very reasonable price.
Didn't show up to give me a quote for a full bathroom refit. No excuse for this given the communication technology available i.e mobile phone/text messaging.
Did not turn up even though we had an appointment. If an emergency had cropped up a phone call was all that was needed.
Andy from A B Plumbing and Heating is the best heating engineer we have ever had. Cannot recommend him enough. Andy is extremely skilled and knowledgeable and very professional and gave very good advice we can trust. many thanks
