This guy sucks! Not professional, shows up an hour late upon my request. NOT reliable if you ask me. Then doubles the price last minute. Thanks for nothing! Hire a REAL professional mechanic who sticks to his word by showing up on time:(
Terrible experience I wish I would've read the reviews. I had Alex come out to replace my water pump and serpentine belt. He couldn't get the fan clutch off the water pump. He then told me he had to break the fan off the water pump to get the pulley off. I then explained to him how to take it off. He got mad after I didnt want him to break it telling me I don't need it (which I do). I was able to take it off myself and I'm not a "master mechanic". I called him and let him know I was able to get the fan off and he told me he'... read more
