On time and professional. He was early and got the job done quickly.
I’ve been paying $70/month for the silver plan for the past 3 years. I called them out yesterday for a leaking faucet and was told that my warranty for plumbing that I’ve been paying for is void because we do not have a water pressure regulator valve. I asked why the tech that was out here 3 years ago didn’t tell me that. I was told because he was “green” and didn’t know company policy.
