James was my tech and he was prompt, professional and very helpful. He diagnosed the issue quickly, provided pricing on the spot and was able to schedule an immediate date for repair. Showed up the next installed it, walked me through everything about the unit and showed me the repair fixed the problem. Didn't try to upset me or push the other project I asked to be quoted. James was hands down the best electrician I have ever done business with! My furnace went out on a very cold day and he was able to replace the switch needed to get it back up and running. Very personable and knowledgeable. He even took the time to explain what he was doing and how it all worked. 10/10 would recommend and I will be requesting Crystal Electrical in the future if I need an electrician!
The purchase and installation of our generator was the easiest process we have signed up for. The crew was fantastic, even the guys crawling around in the attic and under the house with the new gas line were happy, energetic and skillful. The generator works like a charm. We had our first annual maintenance scheduled and performed. The young man was again very knowledgeable. Even when he was not sure how to set the WIFI, so the generator could talk to my phone, he stayed with it until he figured it our.
Called this company ,needed some work done on my chimney and he gave me a price and said that he could do it in a couple of weeks, he told me that I needed to purchase a chimney cap and I did. so after calling and leaving him messages that I had what was needed he never returned my calls. Stay away from This company he is not dependable.
