Debbie is rude, unprofessional, has no customer service skills whatsoever in how to treat customers with kindness and patience. She’s abrupt, cold, talks over you, makes you feel very unwelcome. You feel like your bothering her with questions you may have regarding your insurance. Call the insurance company you want yourself and don’t use this unprofessional egotistical broker. Debbie is such a patient and kind person to deal with. She helped me insure my floral shop and my delivery vehicle! Any time I have a question she is quick to respond and she's always trying to save me money.
