I was given the wrong tool to do the job and they 100% were aware of what I needed. When I returned the item and told them I was given the wrong tool, they had told my son that I had refused the extension. (Untruth) No extension was ever mentioned to me. Then after discussion they admitted that the extension was actually for a different machine, not the tool that I had rented. They still billed me. Will never use them again. Sunbelt Rentals in Grande Prairie were fantastic.
I have rented an excavator , scissor and genie lift with them They were all in good working order and Amy is great to deal with It’s located close to the highway so it’s very convenient
Great locally owned small buisness. Wide selection of rental equipment.
They charged us for damage that we didn’t do. They let you bring back the equipment without going through it with you because “they are not here at the moment”, and then they charge your credit card with fake damage. Done with them.
