I reached out to AB Plumbing regarding some potential advertising work. What followed was one of the strangest interactions I’ve ever had in a professional setting. Spent 2 hours making a small job into a big deal. I had a leaking overflow . I was told it's an old style cistern you can't get the parts for them anymore. He went out to get parts from kings Norton. Then spent ages trying to fit plastic bits together. He told me I might have to pay for a complete new toilet with attached cistern. My porcelain is all champagne in colour.
