I’m visiting San Antonio from SC. My hearing aid filter became blocked & I couldn’t hear. Called & visited office. Holly greeted me & immediately took care of my needs. She went beyond and above. Holly not only changed & cleaned my filter, she replaced the hearing cord & provided me with a supply of hearing filters & cups-all at no charge. I’m very pleased with my hearing aids. Holly is so helpful when I go in. She never shows frustration when she has to explain things. I would definitely recommend this location.
My experiences was great the receptions was very welcoming. And the dr was just amazing and patient with my mother as she is hard as seeing as well. I was very satisfied and thankful my mom was able to get the help she needed and walked out with the biggest smile thank yall so much
