Staff is extremely helpful always.
I had an appointment scheduled for a week. I spoke with two different people confirming my appointment for a free hearing exam. Upon my visit, I was half-way through filling out the paperwork, when the woman at the front desk notified me that although the exam is free, a copy of the results of the exam will be $86.00. How deceitful. There was no mention of this whatsoever. The ruse of a free exam just to get you in the door, then mention this fee is not good business.
