Great place it was my first time there and I was greeted so kindly and didn’t even wait more than 2min. To be call back to do my hearing test with the doctor, let me tell you Tracy was the absolute best very caring person, very professional.
I called several days ahead of my appointment to confirm a hearing test, a cleaning of my hearing aids, and any adjustments to my hearing aids from my hearing testing. The receptionist told me that all three items were scheduled when I saw the hearing specialist. I have been coming to this place for years because of the quality products they sell and the on point services they provide. I came out of my most recent service with my hearing aids performing as well or better than new.
