They came out right away and gave an estimate. Ordered the glass a d called right away when it came in. The were out the next day and installed it. It was installed great. The only problem I had was in taking the old glass out a bunch of broken glass was inside my house right where my dogs food is. It was also in their water. While I understand that they couldn't get in the house, I wasn't home, they could have given me a heads up that there was glass all over the inside where the window is.
The product and the professionalism of this company was outstanding!!
