Scheduled a time for an electrician to come out and give me an estimate They were supposed to be here at 10:30, at 3:30 they still had not showed up. I Called and was told that they felt the could give me an estimate based on pictures I had sent them. I was originally told that they would need access to a box that was in side my garage so I had spent the day with my garage door open to allow them access while I was working. Beyond helpful. I called and described the issue. They called back and diagnosed the likely problem and saved me quite a bit if headache by suggesting the issue was on the outside of the house and a utility issue.
