The admin leave you hanging on information you need, make mistakes, and instead of providing info you need to move forward, just keep pestering you to come to appointments, even after you’ve said you’re done with them. Edit: you’ll see that they responded below that they rescheduled appointments. This was not the issue whatsoever. I asked about coverage and they did not respond.
